The MackLow Work Process:
Free Site
Visit and Consultation
Our Project Foreman will meet with you to discuss the details and options of
your project. We will review all of your building needs including local codes, permitting, materials, budget and timeline.
Free Price Quote and Plans
We will provide you with a Free Written Price Quote.
* If needed, we will work with your insurance agent/company to provide a detailed
proposal complete with architectural drawings and required paperwork.
* This is a Fee-Based service and price is dependant on the complexity of your project.
If
desired, our experienced Private Insurance Adjustor will review your claim
and insurance policy, seeing that you receive the best possible settlement.
Work Prep
Once the contract has been signed, we create a Project Schedule which
includes Milestone, Start and Completion dates. We order any
additional materials and specialty supplies that may be needed. We
also start the permitting process and assign a work crew to your
project.
Work In Progress
Throughout the course of your project, our Site Supervisor will be in
contact with you on a daily basis, providing updates and keeping you
informed on the progress of your project.
